We’re recruiting a full time Workshop Operative

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative on a full-time, permanent basis. The Warehouse Operative will be part of a small team and will contribute to the effective operation of the warehouse.

Duties

• Offloading of deliveries
• Checking, receiving, and locating new and replacement stock.
• Picking products for dispatch
• Carrying out stock checks as required
• Housekeeping duties in all stores
• Maintain health and safety in the workplace and ensure work is kept in accordance with housekeeping standards.

Essential Criteria

• Positive Attitude
• Forklift certification & appropriate driving license. (Forklift Training can be provided)
• Basic numeracy & literacy skills
• Ability to follow instructions for operating equipment & keeping records.
• Ability to execute assignments in an accurate, safe & timely manner.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic level of computer skills

Desirable Criteria

• Aisle Master & Counterbalance Forklift Certification
• Previous experience with handheld picking guns/barcoding
